COMP-DM

Our COMP-DM project aims to unravel the complex relationship between diabetes, multimorbidity, and cognitive function, and to evaluate how these interrelated conditions impact cardiometabolic and general health outcomes. The project will leverage data from the unique Health in Central Denmark (HICD) cohort, including 51,854 participants with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and non-diabetes controls, which provides an exceptional opportunity to disentangle these converging conditions and examine their distinct trajectories.
